About Love Life More
Welcome to Love Life More
a place where we explore how to find more joy, connection, and meaning in our everyday lives.
Who’s Behind Love Life More?
I’m Tanya, the creator of Love Life More, pictured with my number one supporter and hubby. For 18 months, this idea lived in my head before I finally bought the domain on the way home from a lovely family holiday with friends in Wales in August 2023. Then, as often happens, life got in the way – running a manufacturing business, growing a business consultancy, juggling family life with kids of various ages, and serving as a Governor at the local primary school. Looking back, I’m not quite sure how I fitted it all in!
But I knew there was something bigger out there for me, something more aligned with my authentic self. That’s not to say I don’t bring myself to my other projects, but Love Life More carries a message I’m truly passionate about sharing.

What Does “Love Life More” Mean?
Just as the name suggests, I believe we should all love life more. This isn’t about having a perfect life – there’s no such thing as perfect in my mind. It’s about appreciating what we have and finding joy in everyday occurrences. It’s about seeing the magic in the mundane.
We live in an age where we should be the happiest we’ve ever been – our lives are technically easier than at any point in human history. Yet somehow, many of us are struggling. We’re glued to technology, disconnected from natural rhythms, and often treating symptoms rather than causes when it comes to our wellbeing.
I believe we can change this. We can learn to love life more whilst improving our health and life expectancy. After all, there’s little point in a long life if we’re miserable and unable to live properly for most of it.
My Approach to Life
I’ve always been an optimist deep down (though sometimes that optimism is buried deeper than others). I’m a reader and persistent learner – not always in formal ways, but personal development is a passion of mine. As Einstein wisely said, “Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it.”
I believe we’re all evolutionary souls, works in progress if you like. Through my reading and connections with fascinating people, I’ve explored topics from our purpose in life to health, family relationships, trauma, and even spiritual dimensions of existence.
I’m on a spiritual journey, but with a background in business, particularly in manufacturing environments. This means I tend to be more practical and less “woo” than many in the wellbeing space. I bring a pragmatic approach to loving life more – focusing on small, achievable practices rather than overwhelming lifestyle changes.

While I’m on my own spiritual journey, Love Life More takes a practical, accessible approach that works regardless of your belief system. The ideas here are compatible with most belief systems, but don’t require any specific spiritual framework.
Start small! Try a simple practice like taking three deep breaths when you wake up, noticing three beautiful things during your day, or spending five minutes in nature. Loving life more isn’t about grand gestures but consistent small actions that gradually shift your perspective. Browse our blog for specific techniques you can try today.
Life’s challenges are inevitable, and loving life more doesn’t mean ignoring difficulties. Instead, these practices can help build resilience, offer perspective, and provide tools for navigating tough times with more grace. Start with gentle self-compassion and small moments of gratitude – even finding one good thing amidst struggle can be powerful.
Absolutely not! While I occasionally recommend resources I personally find helpful, the core practices I share require nothing more than your attention and intention. The most valuable “tools” are already within you – your awareness, breath, and capacity for gratitude and connection.
